22,90 €

Glutamine is considered a semi-essential amino acid because in certain circumstances the human body cannot produce enough of the substance in order to meet our needs and especially those of sportsmen. Glutamine is the most common amino acid in the blood and muscular tissue and it contributes to numerous physiological processes in the human body.

Glutamine has an anti-catabolic effect and it stimulates muscle regeneration after the training⁽¹⁾.

In addition, glutamine is a powerful anti-oxidant: people who use it also have a better resistance to colds. Athletes also experience more power and better stamina⁽²⁾⁽³⁾. Glutamine also slows down the aging process.
