Rhodiola rosea

This tonic, made from a Siberian plant extract, supports general vitality and force.A number of studies have shown that Rhodiola rosea both improves physical as mental performances and that it is able to postpone fatigue (1)(2)(3).

Rhodiola rosea is a vegetable adaptogen with an anti-catabolic effect, as it reduces cortisol production (stress hormone) (4). It helps to stimulate recovery after intense workouts and also improves stamina (5).

Rhodiola rosea is used as a key ingredient in SynTest PM en Enduro Pro.
